Job Description:

1、Issue purchase orders and follow up materials delivery; familiar with the entire purchasing process.

2、Manage suppliers and implement supplier performance evaluation; communicate with suppliers in a standardized manner, and continuously follow up on quality, delivery, price and service. Ensure on-time material delivery and track material status in accordance with company procedures to meet production plans and demands.

3、Coordinate and cooperate with internal departments; handle and resolve material abnormalities, and report unsolvable issues in a timely manner.

4、Maintain purchasing ledgers, prepare monthly supplier budgets, and coordinate with the finance department on invoice entry, payment, fund withdrawal and account reconciliation.

5、Register and file all purchasing documents, contracts and agreements; conduct regular account reconciliation with suppliers.

6、Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

7、Optimize existing suppliers and develop new competitive suppliers; assist the R&D department in new product development and cost control.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or higher English proficiency, fluent oral English.

2、Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, strong ability to work under pressure.

3、Prior working experience in foreign trade industry, overseas exhibition experience is preferred; candidates familiar with foreign trade platform construction and operation will be given priority.

4、Able to accept frequent business trips (domestic out-of-province and overseas)

5、Responsible for overall foreign trade business development, business negotiation, and overseas market expansion.

6、Complete other assigned work related to foreign trade business.

2、Have on-site management experience in non-chemical enterprises.

3、On-site accommodation is required (must live in the factory).
